Malthouse Theatre Season 2025

For the 2025 season, we were tasked with putting the Malthouse brand front and centre through a bold, recognisable framework anchored in its iconic red. The identity heroed production imagery while leveraging Malthouse’s distinctive typography, using scale, repetition and saturated colour to demand attention and reaffirm the theatre as a fearless cultural leader. Extended to the Comedy season with a vibrant pink and playful character device, the system demonstrated both consistency and flexibility — maintaining a strong, cohesive brand while allowing each production to express its own personality.
